Following on from the huge success of its previous editions, ULTRA Worldwide has unveiled the expansion of Road To ULTRA Taiwan into a full-scale two-day festival. With multiple stages including a dedicated RESISTANCE branded stage, ULTRA Taiwan will take place September 8-9th at Taipei Ultra Dajia Park in Taipei.
ULTRA Taiwan will mark the 5th straight year ULTRA Worldwide has held events in the East Asian state. Following 2017’s sold out Road To ULTRA event, 2018’s expansion will see well over 25,000 Ultranauts flock to the Keelung River for yet another year of unforgettable performances.
Tickets for the inaugural edition of ULTRA Taiwan are on sale now with GA 2-Day combo tickets starting at NT$ 4999 and GA Single Day tickets starting at NT$ 3600. Tickets are available for purchase atUltraTaiwan.com
For those that purchased combo tickets (RTU Taiwan + RESISTANCE Taipei) earlier this year, their ticket will automatically be upgraded to a 2-Day Combo ticket (GA, Premium or VIP) for the festival.
Those that previously purchased an RTU Taiwan or RESISTANCE Taipei ticket will have the opportunity to upgrade their ticket to a 2-Day Combo ticket (GA, Premium or VIP) for the discounted price of NT$ 999. Upgrades will be administered at the venue.
For those that purchased an RTU Taiwan or RESISTANCE Taipei single day ticket earlier this year and do not choose to upgrade, their ticket will be honored for the same day previously purchased.

Major independent label Ultra Records bolsters its operations in Scandinavia with the appointment of music industry veteran Michel Petré as the helm. Petré started his music career 44 years ago in one of Stockholm’s first import record stores. He has a long-standing career of gold and multiplatinum awarded hits and artists throughout this career. Petré has started record shops and record labels, held senior positions at Edel Music, Ministry of Sound and for the past 13 years at his co-owned Family Tree Music that recently was acquired by Sony Music. Petréwill be strengthening artist signings and finding new exciting talent from the Nordics as well as hits from abroad.

“The Greatest Pool Party on Earth,” aka ULTRA Beach Hvar, returns to the stunning Croatian Island of Hvar on July 10, equipped with its biggest lineup to date.
Taking place at the famous Amfora Hvar Grand Beach Resort, ULTRA Beach Hvar boasts an idyllic setting with views of the Adriatic drenched in the warm glow of the Croatian Sun. With a predicted 5,000 revellers and international DJs Fedde Le Grand,Nicky Romero, Oliver Heldens, Jonas Blue and San Holo providing the soundtrack, this is the most anticipated edition yet. This year the pool party will start earlier than ever before, running from 1pm until 10pm with nine hours of nonstop music.
At 11pm, after the sun has set on ULTRA Beach Hvar, the official after party, RESISTANCE Hvar, will take place at Carpe Diem Beach Club just a short boat ride off the coast of Hvar on the world famous Pakleni Islands. VIP ULTRA Beach Ticket holders are granted free entry to the after party, while other partygoers will need to pay at the door. This is the first time a RESISTANCE event has been held on the island.

Marshmello and Virtual Self are among the headliners making their ULTRA MAINSTAGEdebuts in March, with bass dons Flosstradamus and RL Grime returning for the first time since 2014.
ULTRA’s twenty-year anniversary will again see RESISTANCE dominate two arenas across the park as both the Arcadia SPIDER and Carl Cox Megastructure return. As ever, ULTRA’s LIVE Stage receives extra special attention, with headliners Azealia Banks, The Crystal Method, Empire Of The Sun, Infected Mushroom, Rabbit In The Moon, Tchami X Malaa: No Redemptionand The Wailers feat. Ultra Music Festival has been a big part of the Miami electronic music scene since 1999 where it all took place on the sands of South Beach to now where it is held in Bayfront Park in downtown Miami using the beautiful city’s skyline as its backdrop. Over the years UMF has grown to be one of the biggest US music festivals and is also known for being one of the best electronic music festivals in the world.
